I was watching world new with Brian Williams and he did a report on court testimony for John Edwards. The news chose about 30 seconds of testimony to focus on and quote from out of hours of court testimonies. The testimony was from a woman who stated that when Mrs. Edwards confronted her husband about the affair she yelled you don’t see me anymore and tore off her blouse and bra. I think that was in such poor taste. Maybe it’s because I am a woman, but I know I have been the wife learning of an affair. I have been the wife who felt old, fat, undesirable and untouched. I have been so emotionally distraught that I have begged, but for the world news to tell the world? This poor woman has been humiliated enough. By the way this station has male producers, anchors and reporters. Need I say more?
